"I'm not a fan of insurance companies! When you talk to the agents they treat you like income not a person. At Jasmine Ross, no matter who you talk to, Alyssa, Ella or Jasmine, it is always like talking to a friend. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience! "I've been a client of State Farm for almost 30 years. This agent took over after the previous one retired several years ago and I've had nothing but problems since. Zero agent involvement after multiple issues arise from inexperienced staff errors recently lead me to seek another reputable agent. Avoid this agent if you value quality service or accountability."
